I don't mean to rant and this is not directed at you but the only way these warranties make sense for the companies offering them is to figure out some way to deny coverage. You would probably have to be a Philadelphia lawyer to understand all the legal mumbo jumbo that's written into these contracts. Ideally, in concept these warranties make sense for consumers looking to protect themselves from downside risks. The devil, however, is in the details. I hope some people post the good experiences (if there are any) that they've had to present a balanced view.
