Ignition Switch Problem? V70-XC70 1999

Hello All,

A Happy Ending. My mechanic "cleaned some cables" and made some adjustments/cleaning to the ignition switch, and now the key can no longer be pulled out of the ignition unless the gear selector is in "P". I'll get the specific details from my mechanic and will post them for others. I'm relieved because the ignition switch alone was nearly $300.
