low coolant light 850 96

I bought a 96 850R sedan from a dealership (certified) about 6 months ago. I have had so many problems that the warranty will not fix.

New one - coolant light comes on occasionally when accelerating. Coolant level seems fine. I added water when the engine was cooled. It keeps happening...but doesn't seem to be leaking. Yesterday, the light stayed on for many minutes....even when not accelerating. I am getting sick of taking it to the dealership and shelling out more money.

What do you recommend?
