Actually I meant both. There are different pathways for old fluid to linger for the different gears, and it wouldn't hurt if careful WITH PARKING BRAKE ON AND FOOT FIRMLY ON BRAKE PEDAL to go through the gears once. It's sorta a pain and not really required, butt I tend to be anal about these things.

Then top up at the end as well after going through the gears.

14 qts should be enough.
