No start around St. Cloud 850 1997

Is there fuel definitely reaching the engine? If not, it is more likely the fuel pump relay. Unless utterly clogged the fuel filter shouldn't keep it from starting. Also, check the fuse for the fuel pump relay if the pump doesn't run when the ignition key is in position#II. Check the schematic underneath the cover for the correct fuse#. I don't remember it off the top of my head.
