No start around St. Cloud 850 1997

A faulty pressure regulator will cause a rich condition. If the relay works, check fuse #1 = injector fuse.

Pulling an injector and turning the starter will tell you if the injectors are working. The cover plate just pulls off, then use a 17mm wrench to pry the injector up and out. Do not pull the injector using the fuel rail.
