BTW - My 95 takes a few cranks before it fires too.

Okay, I just reread all the posts in this thread. Noticed you recently changed the rotor and cap. I was thinking bad rotor. Apparently not. Wires and plugs are all new too, right?

No vacuum leaks?

I don't have anywhere near Klaus's knowledge, but there is some good info in the following thread from last year. You might want to check it out.
