If you go to the dealer to get your timing belt done, they always sell you a "kit" for parts which includes a tensioner and a roller. If you are doing it yourself, make sure you use O/E parts for this project. It is NOT something you want to skimp on. Regarding the water pump, they typically last around 200,000 miles, so I would suggest changing it out at the 210,000 interval if you haven't done so already. Aisin is the vendor for the O/E water pump. I understand that Hepu makes a good one as well, but why mess with something that lasts over 200,000 miles. I apologize, I'm not familiar with the damping element.
