Timing Belt Question 850 1996

Every time i have ever had the timing belt replaced at the dealer or at my other mechanic......they always just replace the belt and tensioner (little grenade looking thing) they say that is required. I have never replaced the rollers...but allmost all online kits have them and they are not expensive....my first water pump lasted over 300K....changing fluid every couple years probaly extends life of pump.....
