.......not an expert,engineer or a mechanic BUT I can't believe that Volvo or any car maker would or could design a tank/fuel system that would require 5 gallons to restart an empty tank!!!! The fuel pump is located outside the tank(correct me if I am wrong) and all that is needed is the fuel pump sucking to restart the car. Perhaps Arno could weigh in, thanks Bill
