Klaus,

Will do: get a new expansion tank.

Also, I don’t seem to be leaking coolant, other than when the prior radiator cap developed a crack and I replaced it. The current radiator cap is not leaking. I’m just concerned that after I installed the new radiator cap, the expansion tank then developed a “bulge”. I will have this checked out ASAP!

I hope I don’t have a blown head gasket.
