coolant leak 850 1997

Assuming the leak location is by the firewall, my vote is on the o-rings. They usually seem to go first. Those 850 heater/coolant hoses are pretty tough. When I sold my 95 855GLT with 250k+ a couple of years ago the car still had its original heater hoses and o-rings. Only replaced the bottom radiator hose and small hose at the coolant reservoir tank.
