Gregg,
I saw your post back in Nov, 01 and was curious about your drive shaft problem. I just found out that my front boot is blown too. I was quoted $799 for the part and $95 in labor. What I don't understand is why they can't just replace the boot? It is clean around the shaft/boot area.

Any input would be appreciated!
