found the limit, good and bad 850 1994

Pablo, as a new father I can understand your ferocious protective nature. That being said, your arguments are that of a person who wants to live in utopia and wants to undermine the zeal of enthusiast drivers and youth in general.

"The things you describe are mostly all ACCIDENTS as you say (with the exception of drunk driving - which is EVEN stupider than racing on public roads."

Your definition of ACCIDENTS seems to imply intent, but when does intent really begin? If somebody chooses to talk on a cell phone, are they intending to cause an accident? I hate to say it, but even when somebody drives drunk they don't intend to kill somebody.

I understand that there are a huge number of variables in everyday driving that increase or decrease our risk to an accident. Is the car in good mechanical order, are you paying attention, do you have passengers, is your child in the back seat distracting you, smoking, etc, etc, ad nauseam. Racing definitely increases your risk for an accident. Using your brain to minimize this risk and the risk to others is something that I do everytime I even consider "racing".

Wake up Pablo and those of you who say no speeding, racing under any circumstances. That just is not the real world and you know it. Minimize your daughters risk by not taking her out of the house, ever! Oh, that's not realistic is it. Exactly my point.
