Blow off valve 850 1996

I think they call this a bypass valve (as opposed to a blowoff valve).
I understand this is the better way to go since the air has already been
metered by the fuel system (dumping metered air to the atmosphere may
give a louder whoosh but then I would think the fuel mixture would
be off).
