Me too ... same problem. I've noticed that it is always CD#3 that gets stuck. I just use 2 CD's. I will try a new cartridge if I ever order one or find one on Ebay. My problem with the SC 900 started about 1000 km out of warranty - so I never talked to the dealer about it.

I imagine that the dealer would want quite alot of $$$$$$ for a new unit since the warranty is out.
