Tight turns at speed? It will take a lot more than tires, especially with the built-in FWD handicap. You might consider suspension modifications first. Sway bars, strut tower brace, springs, etc. They'll make a bigger difference than the wheels & tires. (Of course, if you've already done all that stuff....)
