you won'tbe able to blow your factory speakers with an aftermarket head unit with built in amp. If the power is too high for them they will distort and sound like crap when turned up with lots of bass. You will be able to install the radio of your choice safely, and it will sound a lot better too. I don't think you'll have a problem.
