Put the wastegate back to original C70 1999

Now I'm having 2nd thoughts about the exhaust ... ipd says it's not necessary unless I run the car hard all the time. But the new exhaust is only the pipes from the cat downward, isn't it? Can't imagine that it helps the flow that much.

I get the upgraded ECU tomorrow ... hopefully it will take care of the sluggish problem.

I also hear a hiss when I'm cruising .... when the turbo isn't needed, it goes away. I might have a leak somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.
