Put the wastegate back to original C70 1999

Yes, I started adding things to my car in the beginning that wouldn't cancel out my warranty. I have heard enough stories of how this model has a bunch of problems, so I wanted the warranty there just in case. But now that my warranty is over, I'm considering installing the chip into my car.

I personally think the exhaust works great...it has a sound to it that is not too loud, but just deep enough. I've brought my car into the dealer many times and the technicians who are working on my car would call me and ask me if I installed a chip on it. I would tell them no and why would they ask that. They told me that the car ran a lot quickier than the other C70s on the lot and they needed to know if I installed a chip, so when they hook up the car to the Vadis reading system, the system would not erase the settings on the chip. I'm not sure if this could be the cause from the exhaust, since I can't think of any other mods on my car that would make the car quicker.

About your 0-60 times, what are you using to measure these? I used a G-tech meter before when the car was basically stock and I averaged 8 sec. runs. I have an automatic, so I wasn't expecting much. I never got a chance to test it again after I installed my other mods, because I sold the meter.

The mods I have are IPD lowering springs, IPD anti-sway bar, IPD upper strut brace, Bilstein shocks and structs, IPD performance exhaust, IPD rear spoiler, cross-drilled brake rotors, K&N air filter, Magnecor spark plug wires, clear corner covers, and other minor mods. The only thing I really want now is the chip...but it's too expensive.
