Tire recomendations S70 1998

Kenric Rose,

I also have a 1998 Volvo S70 GLE.

I recently installed a new set of tires on my sedan. Previously, I had a set of Pirelli P6000 Sport Velocites. They were awesome on wet and dry roads, but SUCKS on snow. The Pirelli were 1000 times better than the OEM Michelin MXV4.

Now, I went with Bridgestone Potenza RE950. According to Tireracks.com, this tire is rated better than the Yokohama Avid H4.

So far, I found the Bridgestone much better than my Pirelli's. It really grips
the roads wet and dry.

I will be more happy to tell you more about it, if you wish. Just e-mail me at:
news94@hotmail.com. I have to go to an appointment now, so I don't have too much time right now.

In the meantime, if you wish, you can check the pics of my new tires on my
website. The URL is:

Enjoy,

Kenny
