Transmission Flush S80 1999

I have conflicting information, one dealer stated that I need to use synthetic trans. fluid for replacement during a flush($300.00). The other dealer stated that regular fluid is normal for the '99 S80 T-6 with an automatic transmission($135.00). Can someone give me the correct info. Thanks....
