These are complicated "near-luxury" euro sedans and like other european marques need a lot of maintenance and their fair share of repairs. Most of us are pretty fanatical about our cars and either do a lot of the work ourselves or are willing to pay a good mechanic to keep it in good stead. I love my car for the comfort, power and safety but a Honda it ain't. Used, off-lease S70s are a steal at this point given Volvo corporate's attractive lease deals. That's how I got mine (my second Volvo). Good luck.
