CV boots are usually torn by driving over snow and ice. You must get them replaced now for obvious reasons. Sometimes i wonder if the All Wheel Drive vehicles that ride low (such as the S70) are worth buying if they'll suffer from repeated CV boot failures. Sometimes it takes the least amount of snow to damage them.
