How long are outer CV boots lasting? 850 1995

I bathe mine frequently with olive oil (extra virgin, of course), thank them for doing such a suberb job of transforming that torque whislts turning(whenever I'm under the car saying hello to my oil filter...CV's have feelings too, you know)....and last year for xmas I tied a red ribbon on each side so they could feel that holiday spirit.

So far, no worries.

maybe I should start giving it Armor All?
