Yeah, I heard that too.

But I've used Armor All for over 30 years on numerous different plastic, rubber, and vinyl things, and never observed any bad effects on items that I quit using it on, or that I used it less on.

It's just another Internet Story/Old Mechanics Tale/Whatever.

If someone came up with a controlled study that proves different, I'll listen, but until then I will keep buying Armor All.

Maybe it's the competition that makes that claim. That's pretty unbiased, right?
