Open the dash fuse cover and find the fuse for the "steering wheel module" remove the fuse and wait 5 minutes, then reinsert. Turn the key on and test the components that were malfunctioning. If everything now works, the module was "asleep" and rebooting woke it up. Next step is to visit a dealer for a steering wheel module software upgrade. This is a known problem. If your dealer claims ignorance, ask them to check "tech net notes" in the steering section on vadis.
