I wonder if that might be part of the problem I am having too. Where was it leaking at? Did you replace the regulator? How did you fix it? I'm still trying to solve my hessitation problem. I have order a new fuel pump relay but haven't put it in yet. My last problem that sounded like yours was the Mass air sensor. That fixed my problem of the car not wanting to stay running but I still have the hessitation problem.
