Hmmmmm.... Inject leak dye detector and take a look with an UV lights at the drip/condensate line hoses?

On my currently leaking evaporator the winshield has a slimy kinda r134a film on the portion just above the defroster outlets.

Volvo mechanics gotta love these 850 evaporators !!
