While this makes no sense to me, I would go to a dealer and have all 4 stems removed.
Then I would carefully examine the ones that were removed and compare them with a new Volvo stem. I would also examine the stem holes in your rims.
If anything is odd, I would expect a LARGE rebate from NTB.
I'd have the dealer install new stems for me.
This might cost a bit, but at least you would be safe.
If my point is unclear, I suspect that the NTB stems are junk, for some reason.
Another explanation is that the person who changed your tires has made some mistake and needs to be trained better. Is it possible that the same person has changer/repaired all your tires? Maybe he had trouble getting the stems in and enlarged the holes in your rims.
