True.

I used a ball joint press w/adapters included and it worked fine. Note that the holder is slightly flared on later models for easier installation and the arrow points up.

I removed the urethane bushing and went back to OEM. Although the extra vibration was minimal, I suspect Volvo's engineers designed the mount for other reasons than to sell a $12.US part + labor.
