S80....slightly different from 850s S80

Ok, I think I've got it now.

I want to disconnect the UPPER transmission-to-radiator hose, and attach a length of 1" ID clear plastic tube to the now-exposed upper radiator fitting, and follow the same procedure as above?

Also, I'll ignore the idea of the transmission fluid filter.

I think I've got it now.

Sadly, my S80 has been taken to the dealer for some serious engine issues, so it may not be until the latter part of next week that I will get it back. I also went to the one auto parts store out of five in the area that carries synthetic transmission fluid, and ended up with their full stock (!) of nine quarts. They are ordering more, to arrive next Tuesday, so I will have 16 quarts, which, according to the info I've received, is plenty. I'm getting a price of $4.90/quart.
