S70 Manual on a CD that I recently purchased on ebay states the following:

To reset the Service Reminder Light:

Turn Ignition off,
Press and hold the trip odometer reset button,
While holding button, turn ignition on, with engine off,
Service Reminder light will start flashing after 10 seconds,
Release the trip odometer reset button within 4 seconds,
The instrument cluster will produce a sound when reset.

Havn't had to try this myself yet,
