Stuck CD in Changer 850

I just got done helping my friend who has a BMW (same changer). We took it out of the car. disassembled it, manually got the CD back in the magazine (by turning the gears). Reassembled it and it worked like a charm. If it happens again, get rid of the OEM changer and get an aftermarket Alpine w/adaptor.
