This seems to be a frequent problem with the OEM CD changer in our model. I found an earlier thread where someone recommended working a credit card in underneath the CD magazine and running it in and out in various spots until the magazine ejected. It worked for me. It seems that sometimes the magazine can be removed with a CD still in the player, and you can fill it with 6 CDs, thinking that it's empty, then it jams up when you try to use it because you now have 7 CDs in there. Anyway, try the credit card thing.
