Electrical Question for a Volvo Tech! Help! 850 1994

Thanks Frank! I checked codes and got a fault code for the CMP. I cleared the codes, but still have no radio or dash lights and the car won't turn over. Will check pin #2 today. I do not get the fault code for a damaged ECU, so I might not have to remortgage the house.
