windshield washer fluid leak 850 1996

I have a '96 850 wagon. I have a windshield washer leak. I've tracked it down to a tube/line the runs in front of the radiator but behind a plastic piece that holds the passenger headlight and the horn.
How can I get in there to see if it's the hose that's crack or the "T" connector? At this point I cannot get fluid on the front windshield or headlights. I can get fluid on the rear window.
