I have a 93 with 250,000 miles and a 94 with 160,000. Haven't had anywhere near the problems you've had. Do you know the history of yours? I've heard of cars that have been in a flood have electrical issues. And I know in the northeast you really need to be careful of 'southern' cars since in some of those states don't issue salvage titles.
