Hi

If you spend the money on repairs you will still have a VERY high mileage car.

Get a full status on the current condition of major components - engine and gearbox - by having the compression checked and fuel pressure checked.

If all is within tolerance then I would keep it as a great project, something you can fix when YOU want to no when it wants.
