Thanks for the info on the air pump.

It sounds as though I'm looking at replacing a new SAS valve with gasket, Air Pump and relay. Is this correct?? Or can I trouble shoot each item and find the culprit?? Or is it worth it??

Any ideas on cost?? I'll prob pick them up through Volvoparts.com.
