When reading through the myriad of messages, I realized we didn't tell you what some of the codes were.
143 in transmission is kickdown switch.
This is part of the accelerator cable. The only time I have ever seen that the actual switch was pulling away from the cable at the firewall. Further, when the switch is actually bad it's coupled with a 223, throttle position too low, and you have a...
213 in transmission is throttle position too high. Symptoms of something going on with your tp sensor is poor acceleration, and high or erratic idling speed. Sound familiar? But...you have no code for his in fuel; you should, in theory have a code 411 in A2 if something were actually going on with the tp sensor. So signal too high may well be air coming in "after" the air mass meter. Check your air intake hose coming off of the air mass meter and leading into the throttle. It looks like an accordian, and often breaks in all the inner crevices.
