Now that you have all of the codes written down, and have no idea when they were created... erase all of them. Start from fresh. The dealer may never clear codes unless the check engine light comes on. The 111 is a no code condition, which is what you want.
Your old codes will help you determine what project to tackle next, if any. The poor running could also be the result of a poor fuel mix and the computer being choked with fault codes, so it is only limping along.
