Car won't start--help! 850 1993

Actually, everything happens when I turn the key except the completion of the start cycle. The motor cranks it just doesn't turn over completely. After 2 hours in the shop yesterday, they still don't know what's wrong.

Thanks for your post--I'll let you know what happens.
