Strange Problem with Brakes 850 1994

IMHO, your pads are continuously making contact with the rotors because the pistons are not returning to there resting spotafter brakes are applied (seized calipers). The pistons/calipers need lubricating and "worked" to free them up. With care, this can be done without damaging the calipers.
