My advice is to make up the circuit in the previous mail.
Note the switch is push to make.
This is basically the circuit that used to be fitted as standard to the pre '96 cars. The method of use is the same as the earlier cars.
This should enable you to read and reset the fault codes as per the Haynes manual.
Read all the fault codes note and reset them.
Try starting the car.
Read the codes again.
Then fault trace on which code(s) you get.
There are a number of things that will cause no spark.
Is there a pulse to the fuel injectors or not?
The code will give you the best clue where to start.
