Check the engine and tranny mounts. Find a new mechanic. Have the tranny fluid changed every 30,000 miles because there's no filter in the system unless you add an inline filter yourself (like the Magnafine filter...). The tranny should last you 250,000 miles at least.

Stop going to shops that sell transmissions. They want to sell you a new transmission.
