When you did all that work, did you inadvertently leave the tp sensor unhooked? I had a customer with the same exact problem. He cleaned his throttle body himself and left the tp sensor unplugged. I plugged it back in, and viola, fixed. Regardless, the problem is most likely at the throttle body whether it's a faulty tp sensor or a hose with a hole. Air pumps don't cause any problem like that. They basically just make your car a greener car by adding air into the exhaust. Thus you are creating carbon dioxide rather than carbon monoxide. Hope this helps,
