Yeah, take the car to another dealer as you're being hosed. As for your "upgrade" to a Volvo, realize that the now older style S40 was Volvos POS car, NOT really a "true Volvo" when compared to other Volvos but then again, todays newer Volvos are NOTHING like what Volvos use to be, especially the RWDs. Like some have told me, they're now like '80s BMWs.....very problematic and always in the shop for something.
