I have the same problem too. I didn't tackle unscrewing the damper motor motor yet. I'm going to get the codes read, just to make sure. It sure would be nice to have floor heat. Do you know how to get replacement damper motors? I tried a search on the net, but didn't find anyone selling individual damper motors.
