Mike,
Well tick sound stays on for quite sometime that's why it bothers me esp. when it's real cold considering i live in LA,CA. w/c is not that cold. Presently i am using 10w/40 high mileage Castrol. I've wanted to switch to synthetic last month but kinda' apprehensive if it would do more hram than good considering my high mileage reading at 188K. Like i mentioned before, i just changed my RMS.
